Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients
- Scheduling grooming appointments and go home lessons for training clients
- Managing groomer and trainer schedules
- Onboarding new clients
- Setting up new client accounts
- Accepting payments and deposits
- Assembling go home packets for training clients
- Keeping inventory for training and client needs
- Communicating with Daycare / Boarding department about new dogs
- Creating and sending weekly report cards for training clients
- Some other responsibilities as needed
